Our Story
Founded in 1987 by Nonno Giuseppe in the heart of Naples, our family has been crafting the perfect pizza for over 35 years. Every dough is hand-stretched, every sauce is slow-cooked, and every pizza is fired in our original wood-burning oven.
We import our San Marzano tomatoes directly from the volcanic slopes of Mount Vesuvius and use only 00-grade flour for that signature airy crust. No shortcuts. Ever.
